WEB Basin Uranium Corp. Closing Acquisition of 100% of Chiswick Project from Baselode Energy Corp
Baselode Energy Corp. (“Baselode”) (TSX-V: FIND) (OTCQX: BSENF) is pleased to announce that, further to its news release of January 18, 2023, it has entered into an Acquisition Agreement with WEB Basin Uranium Corp. (“WEB”) (TSX-V: WEB) (OTCQB: WBUCF) in respect of the sale of its 100% interest in the Chiswick Uranium Project (“C2C”) to WEB. WEB Acquisition of the Chiswick Project will establish a new uranium district in the Athabasca Basin, home to the world’s richest uranium deposits.
